Birth Photography
Emily’s very favorite type of session to photograph are births. She puts together the miraculous story of your baby’s arrival on earth with documentary style photos and video. The images are beautiful and tasteful and capture one of the most important stories of your life. Emily has five children of her own and has photographed many births both in hospitals and at home, so she feels very comfortable in the labor and delivery room.

Fresh 48
These sessions take place at the hospital, normally the day after you deliver. Emily keeps her schedule flexible so that she can arrive at at time during the day that works best for you. These sessions are documentary style and capture the essence of your first 48 hours getting to know your new little one.
30-45 minutes of photography time
Photos can include siblings and immediate family
15-20 fully edited images in a personal gallery, both in color and black and white

Newborn Session
It is recommended that a newborn session take place during days 7-10 of life for a studio session or in-home lifestyle session. Emily pencils in her calendar a date one week after your expected due date, and then remains flexible if the baby arrives early or late. Newborn sessions generally take place on a weekday morning.
2 hours of photography time, Emily remains extremely flexible and patient as newborns often need to eat several times throughout a session, or need time to fall into a deep sleep
Emily provides simple, classic props such as; blankets, hair accessories, wraps, etc. Emily allows for as many “outfit” changes as the baby allows, although her photography style prefers simple, less is more philsophy. Emily’s newborn photography is often “lifestyle” and she likes to take photos in the baby’s nursery or other locations in your home that have nice, natural light.
All family members may be included in your session, siblings and parents are encouraged to participate if they’d like.
40+ edited images in a personal gallery, both in color and black and white

First Year Package
Four sessions capturing all of the important milestones of your baby’s first year. Emily recommends using your sessions to capture these special moments:
newborn (between days 7-10)
smiling and interacting (around 4 months)
sitting strongly (around 7 months)
first birthday and/or walking (around 12 or 13 months old)
4 full sessions (can include newborn session and be taken at client’s home and/or outdoor location)
Up to 5 people at each session, $30 per person for additional people
40+ fully edited images in a personal gallery, both in color and black and white for each session

Preferred client status- allowing you to secure your dates before they are open to the general public area, contact Emily for a specific price to your town
Your fourth and final session of the year will be discounted $100.
